STEP 1 QUALIFICATION

We work with many referral partners to distribute Boxes of Basics in Prince William County, The City of Manassas and The City of Manassas Park & several locations within Northern Virginia.

We do not work directly with families.

If you are a professional who works with youth and families in need then you qualify. Examples are school social workers, teachers, guidance counselors. Community leaders, church staff, doctors' office staff, day care staff, other nonprofits and more.

STEP 1 QUALIFICATION

Click the link below to complete a request. Please include as much information as possible. We take the privacy of the children we help very seriously, and their personal information will not be shared. Please complete one form for each family you refer. All siblings in a family can be listed on one form. Once we process your request form you will receive a confirmation email. We carry sizes newborn - 16 youth.

Due to overwhelming needs please limit your referrals to 10 children per month.

STEP 3 DELIVERY/PICK-UP

Boxes of Basics are typically ready for delivery or pick-up in Prince William County, Manassas or Manassas Park two weeks after the request. Once you submit your request form you should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with specific delivery or pick up instructions.

Boxes of Basics are delivered to the person who requested the boxes. This person is responsible for delivering the Box of Basics to the child(ren). In order to protect the privacy of the children we do not deliver directly to families. We rely heavily on volunteers. To help us, we encourage you to pick up your Boxes of Basics is possible.
